Our leadership development program is different than any program on the market today because of our powerful process. Our leaders complete Five Leadership Rites of Passage in addition to an energetic 360 that measures the energy and mindset from which they lead.  

On day one participants learn
what it takes to be an EPIC Leader
 
In preparation for completing the rites of passage, participants learn:
 

  • the science behind leadership, locus of control, the hierarchy of needs, and human motivation

  • how to use the four EPIC tools every successful leader needs​

  • how to give the brain directions so it will produce the desired results

 
RITE OF PASSAGE 1:

CLAIM THE LEAD

Write an EPIC leadership narrative
Identify known and unknown expectations that impact motivation and behaviors 
Learn how to lead from various positions within an organization
Learn to bring structure and organization to ambiguous situations
On day two participants learn how to drive organizational integrity.
 
RITE OF PASSAGE 2: 

ESTABLISH INTEGRITY

Access higher levels of emotional intelligence
Discover how to negotiate for what you need
Develop strategies for conflict resolution
Practice having courageous conversations
RITE OF PASSAGE 3:

MANAGE AND MOTIVATE

Identify talents in self and others
Understand the drivers for career satisfaction in self and others.
Develop career paths for high potentials
Learn how values and talents play out in workplace dynamics

COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

Cultivate internal and external communication
Learn how to make people feel listened to and get to the core of what they are saying

On day three participants learn how to motivate
